With a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Esteem COEP and over 300 domestic and international projects under her belt, she is an expert in contract management and quantity surveying. Experience with project management software, such as MSP and Primavera, has always been preferential. Handled and drafted multiple project management schedules and strategic planning documents with MIS assistance.

Having wide experience in Mathematical modelling and hydrodynamics, salinity intrusion, sediment transport, morphological changes and other transport process pertaining to coastal and environmental engineering problems.

Ms. Kashmira is Microbiologist by qualification and has been working on various environmental and city development projects from over six years.
She has worked on flagship projects like solid waste management, research, livelihood improvement for informal sector, waste water treatment and sanitation, awareness campaign.
She has conceptualized and implemented School and Slum WASH project, supply chain management, and Landscape and garden design for government , residential premises etc

Sushma

Ms. Sushma is young emerging Entrepreneur in Govt. works. After completion of BE Civil, she is having 11 years of field experience in various Construction projects. Single handedly she’s working on her projects under PWD.
